Article 1 General

Article 6 Delivery

Article 8 Samples and Models

Article 10 Inspection & Complaints

Article 17 Liability

Article 18 Force Majeure

Article 19

Article 20

1. Any agreement between Graveercentrale and European customer is Dutch law. The Vienna Sales Convention is expressly excluded.
